Eugene Mehr
Managing Partner

Eugene Mehr Gene is responsible for client development at GuideMark.  He focuses on project management and successful execution of projects for clients.  He has more than 30 years experience in aligning the client's vision, values, and strategic objectives with viable, value-driven processes, best practices, and software.  He has enjoyed serving mid-market and enterprise clients in a broad spectrum of markets including Aerospace, Banking, Construction / Engineering, International Trade and Transportation, and Manufacturing.

Throughout his career, he has utilized proprietary assessment and audit methods to help clients achieve competitive differentiation through creation of fiscally sound business process, software and infrastructure solutions.

Immediately prior to co-founding GuideMark in 1997, Gene was a division president at ASA International Ltd.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from Villanova School of Business.

He is a member of the Advisory Council for the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, Marketing, and Sales Special Interest Group.  In addition, he currently serves in multiple ministries and was previously Chairman of the Pastoral Council at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, Bedford, NH. Finally, he currently serves on two committees and multiple ministries at Ste. Marie Catholic Church, Manchester, NH.



Eli Szklanka
Managing Partner

Eli Szklanka  Eli Szklanka, co-founder of GuideMark, is responsible for the development of GuideMark's products and the delivery of its services.  He has successfully combined business acumen with technical expertise throughout his 30-plus year career in information technology.  Eli has a diverse background in a number of business systems and industries, including manufacturing, professional services, and financial services.  He has performed a number of System Audits at multi-billion dollar firms aimed at uncovering new and improved ways to use existing technology.

Before co-founding GuideMark in 1997, he served as a division president for three of five divisions at ASA International Ltd., Framingham, Massachusetts.

In 1978, Eli co-founded TEC Computer Systems, Inc, a Newton, Massachusetts, firm which developed and implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems throughout New England.

While at Bank of Boston in the mid 1970s, Eli designed and developed Boston's first Automated Teller Machine (ATM) software system.

Eli has taught Information Technology courses at Northeastern University, and is a Certified Production and Inventory Manager at the Fellow level (CFPIM).

Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts, Biology and Psychology, from Williams College.
